Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first submitting the form and contacting support is a breach of contract and may result in denial of refunds and submission of evidence to the issuer and payment networks.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

After contacting support, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Return authorization is approved by Spa Watches;
  • The item is returned, received, and inspected;
  • The return shipment complies with the instructions provided by support.

3. Fulfillment Timing

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Delays caused by customs, inspections, routing, or carriers are not automatic grounds for a refund, though our support team will always work with you to track down your order.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit at Spa Watches' discretion where permitted by law. Shipping and handling fees may be non-refundable.
