These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SPA WATCHES website and services. By accessing or purchasing from SPA WATCHES ("Spa Watches", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement").

Spa Watches provides access to physical goods through its sourcing and fulfillment operations. Depending on inventory and logistics, products may be shipped from the United States or from international fulfillment partners.

Electronic Consent

By completing a purchase, you consent to the use of electronic contracts, electronic records, and electronic signatures. Your actions constitute a legally binding agreement under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, abuse, errors, or supply limitations.

Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the address provided at checkout. Carrier delays, customs inspections, or border processing are outside our control and do not, on their own, constitute grounds for an automatic refund; our support team will assist you in locating any delayed shipment.

Customer Obligations

You agree to provide accurate shipping and billing information and to comply with all of our policies. Repeated or demonstrable abuse of our refund or returns processes may result in denial of future service.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and is subject to the Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement referenced above.
